  • 400 gm chicken boneless
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoon red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • black pepper as required
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoon onion
  • 2 tablespoon capsicum (green pepper)
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt as required
  • teaspoon lemon juice

How to Prepare Chicken Fried Rice:

Step 1 Firstly, Season the chicken and cook the rice

To cook this recipe, dip the rice in water for at least 20 minutes before beginning. Then, Rinse the chicken and marinate with a pinch of salt and black pepper for 20 minutes. Now bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Append the rice and cook until 80% done. Drain the rice and set it aside.

Step 2 Stir fry the veggies

Once the chicken has been marinated, add some oil to the hot pan and append the chicken. Cook until the color turns light golden. Take it out and set it aside. Now add another 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, fry the minced garlic while stirring and add the onion.
