  • 2 minced garlic
  • 1 chopped Small green onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 2 1/2 Tomato
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Cumin for taste
  • 1 tbsp of Tomato paste
  • 5 large eggs
  • Parsley


Cook the Sauce :

  1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped onion in olive oil with garlic for 6 min.
  2. Then, upload the Jalapeno, tomato and add some salt, black pepper, tomato paste, and cumin, and stir well.

Cook the eggs:

  • Now you could add eggs to the sauce and cook for nearly 5 minutes until set.
  • Then, sprinkle the dish with lines of olive oil, salt, cumin, and parsley
