The Best No-Oven Biscoff Cheesecake Recipe

This fabulous cheesecake is made with no oven, no eggs, no gelatin, and no flour, it takes just a few minutes to be ready.


So, you should absolutely give it a try and enjoy it.


  • 250g of lotus/biscoff biscuits (2 pieces for decoration)
  • 5 tbsp of melted butter
  • 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 and 1/3 cups of cream cheese
  • 1 and 1/4 cups of lotus/Biscoff spread
  • 2 bags of whip it


  1. In a food processor, add 250g of lotus/Biscoff biscuits, break them up, and grind them into crumbs. Set aside 2 tbsp of Biscoff/lotus biscuit crumbs for garnish.
  2. Then, in a large bowl, add your crumbs, and 5 tbsp of melted butter, and mix all together until incorporated.
  3. In an 8 inches pan, line it with parchment paper, and grease it with melted butter. Then, tip the crumbs into your cake tin, and press down firmly. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Then, in a large bowl, add 1 and 1/3 cups of cream cheese, 1 and 1/4 cups of lotus/Biscoff spread, 3/4 cups of powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, mix it well until smooth and tender, or until nicely combined.
  5. In another bowl, add 2 cups of heavy cream, and 2 bags of whip it. Then, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese combination, and fold in until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated.
  7. Spread the filling mixture on top of the crumbs and smooth down, and refrigerate for about 6 hours, or overnight.
  8. Before decoration, put it in the fridge for about 1 hour. Then, melt the rest of the Biscoff/lotus spread until smooth. Then, pour it evenly just above the cream mixture. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  9. Pour some Biscoff spread into a piping bag, and pipe it around the edges, so it drips down the cheesecake. Then, garnish with the save crumbs mixture, plus 2 biscuits in the middle.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
