  • 12 ounces of graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup of melted butter
  • 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces of orange-flavored chocolate, chopped
  • 1 and 3/4 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp of orange zest, finely grated
  • Decorate with slices of orange and orange zest


The Crust :

  1. Let’s begin by grinding or crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Then, in a large bowl, add the crushed graham crackers to 10 tbsp of melted butter, and mix them well.
  3. Dump the tart crust into a tart dish covered in wax paper, and press it into the base and sides firmly.
  4. Then, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
