The dough:
- 240g of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of dry thyme
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of yeast
- 200ml of water or as needed
The filling/Topping:
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3 to 4 tbsp of tomato paste
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can of tuna oil
- 2 tbsp of black olives
- 1 tsp of dry thyme
- 100g of mozzarella cheese, grated

Making the liquid dough:
- Firstly, in a large bowl, add 240g of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of dry thyme, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of cumin, and 1 tsp of yeast. Mix all together to combine.
- Then, add 200ml of water or as needed, and mix the ingredients together until you get a liquid dough. Set aside.
