  • 1 lb of sea scallops, patted dry
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley

How To Make Perfect Seared Scallops Recipe:

  1. Firstly, season the scallops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until it begins to shimmer.
