- 500g of strong white flour
- 50g of caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of fast-action dried yeast
- 3 medium eggs
- 125ml of warm milk
- 125g of unsalted butter, softened
- 100g of dark chocolate chips
- Zest of 1 orange
- Icing sugar, to dust

- Firstly, in a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Make a well in the center and add the eggs and warm milk.
- Then, mix together with a wooden spoon or spatula until it forms a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for around 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
